Missouri LECET and St. Louis Community College have teamed up to offer a 2-year Skilled Trades Associates Degree free of charge. St. Louis Community college will give you 48 college credit hours for completing the Laborers’ Apprenticeship Program leaving you to take only 5 classes to complete your degree.
